Richard Clarke
Financial Director

Richard is responsible for overseeing all the financial aspects of Xennia, including how the company is performing, monitoring cash flow, overseeing budgets and sustainable funding of growth.

Colin Harrison
Operations Director

Colin is responsible for operational aspects of the business including the supply chain, customer support, software and ink manufacturing functions. Colin has a BSc Degree in electronic and electrical engineering. In his spare time Colin enjoys gardening and DIY, and he is also Vice President of his local rugby club.

Dr Olivier Morel
Chief Technical Officer

Olivier is responsible for ink, engineering and solutions product development. He joined Xennia in 2006 after completing his European Master degree in chemistry in Lille followed by his PhD in colour at Heriot-Watt University. Olivier enjoys travelling and discovering different cultures. He likes cooking and spending time with his wife and 2 children.

Dr Tim Phillips
Marketing Manager

Tim is responsible for in-bound and out-bound marketing and product management activities at Xennia. Tim has an MA Honours degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a PhD from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the University of Warwick. Tim is a keen cyclist and is currently undertaking a series of cycling challenges to raise money for charity. Tim creates electronic music using analogue synthesisers, and also loves films, motor sport and music, being an avid collector of vinyl records.

Dr Simon Daplyn
Sales Manager, Inks & Consumables

Simon joined Xennia in 2008 and is responsible for product sales across the Xennia portfolio of inks. Simon graduated from the University of Leeds in Colour and Polymer Chemistry before completing a PhD in Inkjet Printing of Textiles from the same university in 2004. Outside of work Simon enjoys travelling, sports and attending live music gigs. Simon is also a keen cook and enjoys growing vegetables in his garden.

Dave Gray
Sales Manager, Solutions & Hardware

Dave is responsible for solution and hardware sales at Xennia. He has a BA in Business Studies and an MBA from the London Metropolitan University. His interests outside of work are restoring his dilapidated farmhouse and lecturing on whisky to the benefit of various charities.

Mary Hawkes
Operations & Facilities Manager

Mary organises all of Xennia’s imports & exports, provides sales support by processing customer orders and manages facilities maintenance across Xennia’s sites. Mary enjoys trying a variety of adrenaline-related activities & spending time with family & friends.

Vincent Wright
Ink Manufacturing Manager

Vincent manages the day to day running of Xennia’s ink manufacturing plant. Vincent is a qualified chemist and worked in Research and Development before moving into Operations. He is a Fellow of the Oil & Colour Chemists’ Association. In Vincent’s spare time he enjoys beekeeping and outdoor pursuits.

Dr Paul Wallace
Supply Chain Manager

Paul is responsible for managing the relationship with Xennia's suppliers. Paul is a Chartered Chemist, Chartered Scientist and was recently elected to be a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. In Paul’s spare time he enjoys hiking, gardening and listening to rock music.

John Tardrew
Product Development Manager, Specialty Inks

John manages multi-disciplinary teams to create complete printing solutions, bringing together knowledge of engineering, electronics, software and chemistry in order to tackle the complex challenges of cutting edge inkjet innovation. John has a Masters degree in Chemical Physics. In his spare time, John enjoys tinkering with synthesisers and is an amateur music producer.

Dr Wassim Kaimouz
Product Development Manager, Market Inks

Wassim leads a technical team to plan and execute ink development projects within Xennia. Wassim holds a PhD in polymer & colour chemistry from Heriot-Watt University, specialising in inkjet printing & textile technology. Wassim also holds a degree in  Mechanical Engineering. In his spare time Wassim enjoys reading, walking, cycling and playing chess.

Dr Jagvi Barritt
Product Development Manager, Textile Inks

Jagvi joined Xennia in 2000 and has been involved in ink development for a wide range of industrial applications. She  currently manages a technical team developing inks for the textile market. Jagvi has a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from King’s College London University. Jagvi is currently learning Spanish for when she goes on holiday to Spain with her husband and 5 year old son. She also enjoys dabbling in the art of bread making.
