XenInx Zircon is a state-of-the-art ceramic decoration ink offering excellent colour vibrancy and wide gamut, with high firing temperature tolerance. Zircon gives superb print performance, with good jetting reliability and long shelf life.
Ideal for digital ceramic tile decoration
Used as a part of a digital tile decoration process, XenInx Zircon ceramic ink brings the advantages of digital printing into a traditionally analogue application. Inkjet printing using Zircon allows mass customisation, economic short runs and randomisation of the printed image to give a natural effect, along with reduced wastage and tile breakage. Inkjet tile decoration also gives the ability to print on bevelled edge, thin or textured tiles.
Compatible with a wide range of substrates
XenInx Zircon offers excellent substrate/glaze compatibility and enhanced colour properties on a wide range of different types of tiles. The fired inks provide excellent colour properties with outstanding durability and high levels of chemical, abrasion and temperature resistance, meeting all industry standards.
