XenJet Centaurus application software provides OEM and machine building customers with the functionality, controls and access they need.
Powerful software architecture
XenJet Centaurus application software provides a flexible, modular approach to the design and implementation of inkjet printing systems. Centaurus works as a framework allowing XenJet Cygnus print software to be extended to give powerful application-specific functions and controls, managed from customised graphical user interface (GUI) which can be OEM-branded for onward supply into your market.
Configurable access controls
The customised Centaurus GUI can be configured to allow specified levels of access for different operators, allowing ultimate control and access to system parameters for authorised and experienced users, while giving a simplified level of access to machine operators.
Application-specific functions
XenJet Centaurus application software is supplied ready for your application, with specific versions available including ceramic printing (including image randomisation for natural-effect printing and large image handling), textile printing (including managing Xennia’s continuous diagonal print process) and medical printing (including FDA required controls, audit trails, system validation and electronic signatures). Other application-specific versions can be developed to customer specification.
Integration with existing systems
Centaurus can be configured to interact and integrate with existing customer systems, allowing print systems running Centaurus to receive data and instructions automatically. Ideal for integration with production lines, this makes Centaurus-based systems highly powerful and ready for industrial applications.
Remote system access
Centaurus can be configured to allow access to system data via intranet or internet links. This allows for remote monitoring of operation and facilitates troubleshooting, either by OEMs supplying and supporting systems, or the end customer themselves.
