Ideal for product decoration and customisation
The Xennia Cerulean uses full CMYK process colour, along with the ability to print a white background under the printed image, enabling batch process decoration of products of any colour using high quality UV inks. The 210 mm (8.3 in) single pass print width and 450 mm/s (17.8 in/s) maximum print speed makes the Cerulean the ideal production tool for high throughput product decoration and customisation.
Integrated printing system with flexible options
The print system is supplied as a self-contained unit comprising an integrated cabinet, product load/unload station, product jig and shuttling platen motion stage, corona pre-treatment unit, fixed array printhead module, recirculating fluid control systems, UV curing station, control electronics and PC. A customised product jig can be specified for fast loading and safe handling of your products.
Intuitive printing and real-time customisation
Powerful integrated XenJet print software allows users to create print jobs and print images simply using an intuitive interface. Variable data and images can be supported to allow full colour real-time customisation down to a batch size of one, including full support for 1D and 2D barcodes.
Maximum performance with UV cure inks
The Xennia Cerulean is recommended for use with Xennia’s high performance XenInx Diamond CMYK and XenInx Moonstone white UV cure inks and is supplied with an integrated UV lamp for in-line curing of the printed image. Using Diamond and Moonstone, the printer delivers excellent print quality with good adhesion and durability on a wide range of non-porous substrates. These inks offer high levels of chemical and abrasion resistance and UV light fastness. Xennia also offers the facility to develop customised inks to meet specific application or substrate requirements.
