Xennia Xanadu
Full colour digital 3D product printer
The Xennia Xanadu printer allows digital printing of 3D objects, offering high quality, flexible decoration with economical short runs and the ability to customise each item.
Ideal for digital decoration of complex products
The Xennia Xanadu is designed for digital decoration and customisation of metal, plastic and ceramic objects with complex shapes from car components to tableware, safety helmets to garden products. The Xanadu is able to print white + CMYK process colours, providing single pass printing with a print width of up to 70 mm (2.75 in), allowing full colour decoration of complex three-dimensional products. The fifth channel can be used as a white base layer, to enable decoration of products of any colour, or as an additional spot colour.
Integrated printing system with flexible options
The printer is supplied as a self contained unit comprising a product load/unload station, programmable 6-axis robot for object orientation, printhead module, robust industrial recirculating fluid control systems, optional UV curing station, control electronics and PC. Optional extras include a surface pre-treatment station (corona or flame treatment), automated printhead maintenance station and a spot colour to replace white.
Intuitive printing and real-time customisation
Powerful integrated XenJet print software allows users to create print jobs and print images simply using an intuitive interface. Variable data and images can be supported to allow full colour real-time customisation down to a batch size of one, including full support for 1D and 2D barcodes.
Maximum performance with UV cure inks
The Xennia Xanadu is recommended for use with Xennia’s high performance XenInx Diamond CMYK and XenInx Moonstone white UV cure inks. Using Diamond and Moonstone, the printer delivers excellent print quality with good adhesion and durability on a wide range of non-porous substrates. These inks offer high levels of chemical and abrasion resistance and UV light fastness. Xennia also offers the facility to develop customised inks to meet specific application or substrate requirements.
