Xennia’s range of XenJet inkjet modules covers the complete range of components required by OEMs and other system builders, allowing great flexibility in system design and reducing time-to-market and risk considerably. XenJet modules come with designed-in reliability, and OEM integration support packages provide the design, development and training required to ensure the implementation of a robust process into the application of interest.
XenJet Auriga – modular print engines with flexible configuration and easy servicing
XenJet Auriga print engines are robust production inkjet modules forming the heart of a printing system. The print engine contains the printheads, mechanical alignment systems and printhead drive electronics. Auriga print engines can be configured in fixed array or scanning mode and with any number of colours/fluid types, providing excellent alignment and allowing simple printhead replacement. Optional pinning lamps can be integrated for optimum print quality when using UV inks.
XenJet Lyra – automated printhead maintenance for enhanced productivity
XenJet Lyra printhead maintenance modules allow OEM and machine building customers to design automated maintenance into their systems, allowing reduced system downtime and increased productivity. The module can be used on demand or as part of a scheduled maintenance regime. Lyra can be used with fixed array or scanning printheads with versions available for UV, aqueous and solvent/oil based inks.
XenJet Aquarius – the high reliability recirculating fluid controller
XenJet Aquarius recirculating fluid controllers provide a robust, reliable solution for implementation in production printers, maintaining constant fluid flow while controlling fluid parameters. The Aquarius is compatible with a wide range of fluid types, including inks containing large, dense pigment particles, with versions available for UV, aqueous and solvent/oil based fluids.
XenJet Cygnus – print software controlling all system modules
XenJet Cygnus print software provides a ‘printer manager’ capable of running all modules of the printing system, including the print engine, fluid controllers, maintenance, motion and UV. Cygnus prints image files in any standard image format and handles variable data, such as barcodes and serial numbers, that change from print to print.
XenJet Centaurus – software for challenging production applications
XenJet Centaurus application software provides OEM and machine building customers with the controls, access and functionality required for industrial applications, including ceramic tile decoration, textile decoration & finishing and medical package printing. The software is controlled from an integrated graphical interface that can be customised as required.
XenJet Corvus – integration support for OEM partners introducing inkjet processes
XenJet Corvus OEM integration packages give OEMs and machine builders wishing to introduce inkjet printing into their businesses the level of support they require. Corvus packages comprise the development of fully qualified inkjet processes, as well as designing and supporting integration of systems based on XenJet inkjet modules and XenInx inks and fluids.
